Yoga is known to improve flexibility, self-esteem, healthy habits, focus, and mental health. Our lessons are fun (and sometimes silly!) and are taught by experienced instructors who love sharing their practice with children.
Campers will learn to tune into their breathing and let stress and worries fade away as they gain strength, balance, and confidence. Once they learn the basic poses and are comfortable transitioning fluidly from one position to another, students share their knowledge by leading a master class for the entire camp.
This activity gives kids and teens a healthy outlet to energize both body and mind.
